2 prenatal visits during which we will discuss the aspects of labor, including creating your own individual positive labor experience. I will also assist you in writing your birth plan. If you choose to write a plan, we will discuss how to write an effective plan and what the content should entail.

Assistance throughout your labor. I will meet you at your home or the hospital. You can decide at the time. I will assist you with breathing patterns, position changes, massage, comfort measures and reassurance.

One postpartum visit. During this visit, we will discuss your labor and birth, infant feedings and any questions or resources you may need for your newborn. I will present you with your "birth story" and photos of the birth, if you wish.
